Time to Clean
If you have lace panels or curtains, wash them frequently to keep them pristine. If the result is still on the greyer side of white, soak them in a solution of biological detergent to restore the whiteness or use a proprietary whitener. Turn off the electricity first, then remove as many of the pendants and ornaments as possible from the light fitting. Clean them with a warm solution of washing liquid, then pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
